If you run an LCD monitor then I'm sure it will look just fine. Of course this applies to use in an arcade cabinet with std res CRT monitor.
If you gravitate toward golden era games with vertical orientation then you won't be happy with this. If all you are into is fighting games and beat 'em ups then this will be fine for you.
